Myra Stein began her culinary career at eight years of age when she became the primary cook for her family. She grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan and honed her skills using fresh ingredients from the farm. She later obtained diplomas in Dietary Science and Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, where she received numerous awards for her skill and presentation. She has several years of experience in restaurant management.
