    2 cups flour 2 tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp.ginger ½ tsp. cloves ¾ cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg ¼ cup molasses ½ cup sugar in a small bowl Crispy Gingersnap Cookies Heat oven to 350 F°. Line 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a medium bowl. In the bowl of a standing electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the butter and sugar for about 5 minutes until fluffy
